Choosing the right therapist is the most important part of creating a trusting therapeutic relationship, that’s why, I offer a no-charge 20-minute consultation.

Regular rate for an Individual 50-minute session: $165 (includes HST)

Sliding scale pricing available.

SSP.

Remote Access: $250 + session time (includes HST)

SSP Core + Coregulation: $745 (includes HST)

I offer both in-person and online (virtual) sessions.
